Biography
Kelli M. Krupka specializes in handling workers' compensation litigation as well as disability pension cases. She plays a key role in supporting the firm in heavily litigated medical-legal issues. Prior to joining the firm, she represented public safety members/municipalities in the areas of workers' compensation, labor, and employment law. In that role, Kelli spearheaded active involvement in training Correctional Officers and other public safety personnel for their own Mental Health and Wellness.
Prior to practicing law, she was a practicing surgical nurse. By pulling from this background, Kelli provides unparalleled insight and understanding to the medical issues and facts involved in a case.
Kelli earned her Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. During her time at Iowa Law, she earned many competitive positions, including an extensive clerkship for the Chief Federal Judge in her district. With a highly persuasive skill for legal writing, she is an enterprising person with boundless potential.
